GENERAL INFORMATION

HOW TO RENT?

Once you have decided on the model of equipment you want to rent, send us a request by email or contact us over the phone. Subsequently, you will receive in electronic format a draft contract that must be signed and stamped to be considered a firm order. We reserve the right to select our collaborators, respectively not to respond to all the requests received.

WHO ARE WE ADDRESSING TO?

The rental service is made on a B2B platform, so we address exclusively to legal entities. We do not rent to individuals!

SHOULD A WARRANTY BE SUBMITTED?

The situation of the guarantees is treated individually and may differ from one client to another depending on the creditworthiness and location of each applicant.

WHEN AND HOW IS RENT PAID?

Prior to the delivery of the equipment we must have the payment confirmation for the first 3 months of the contract. Subsequently, payments will be made in advance for each month of rental and not at the end of the monthly period.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE EQUIPMENT?

The delivery term varies between 24 and 72 hours from the date of launching the firm order, a term which applies exclusively to the equipment in stock at that time.

ARE RAW MATERIALS AND CONSUMABLES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

The rental rate refers strictly to the rental of equipment. Products and other consumables are purchased separately and are not included in the rental cost. In order to meet the customers needs, you will find structured some ‘All inclusive’ offers, packages that includes equipment and a complete kit with products and consumables.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD FOR WHICH I CAN RENT AN EQUIPMENT?

The minimum rental period for an equipment is 3 months - the devices are delivered completely sanitized and with an up-to-date service!

‘All-Inclusive’ packages are valid for a maximum rental period of 30 days.

HOW IS THE DELIVERY PERFORMES AND THE TRAINING PROCEDURE?

Delivery in Bucharest and Ilfov is free of charge. For other zones, the cost of delivery will be treated individually with each customer. The training will be given free of charge upon installation.

HOW WE PROCEED IN CASE OF A FAULT?

Within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the failure notification, a technical team will come (Mon-Fri / 9-17) to your premises to remedy the defect. In the unlikely event that the rented equipment cannot be repaired during the visit, it will be replaced within a maximum of 72 hours with an identical or similar one, having the same functions and technical characteristics. The cost of the intervention is free in case of a defect of the equipment or against payment in case of finding a defective operation from the Beneficiary side or in case of a false alarm. In these situations, the Beneficiary will pay the cost of travel and as the case may be, the cost of the replaced parts.
